It is the ambition of every individual to own a dream house. Presently I live in my parent’s house but in future, I would like to have my personal house with the amenities I like. I do not want to have a very big house but it should be spacious enough for me and my family. There should be ample space for movement and rooms needed to be properly ventilated.
As I am not very fond of urban life, so, I would prefer my house in countryside area because the environment there is much cleaner as compared to city. Also this way I would keep my connection with my childhood friends in village.
I would prefer a ground floor house with an open roof suitable for any physical activity like exercise and yoga. Two things which are must to have in my house are a garden and a separate library because I am very fond of reading and strolling in morning and evening. I have an idea to build a house which would be considered an eco-friendly residence. I plan to run my house completely on solar power, so, I would get some panels installed on my roof. Also there would be provision for the rain-water harvesting. With such installments, I would make sure that I save as much resources as I can. Instead of big built-up house, I would prefer fewer rooms and more open areas.
Our home shelters us through thick and thin of our life. It is a special place and should be developed as per our own likings.
