Model Answer: In my view, it is highly important to protect old buildings Such as Tajmahal, Qutub Minar and Red Fort because they symbolize the rich history of the nation and cultivate the sense of pride in youngsters. Even, these places attract millions of tourists which improves both the economy and the image of the country at international level.

Model Answer: Yes, Government consistently try to protect places of historical significance by means of strict policies and laws. For instance, only electric vehicles are allowed to enter in the vicinity of Tajmahal to curb pollution which is causing Tajmahal to become pale yellow. A huge budget is also spent on maintenance and restoration projects of archaeological sites.
3. What benefits does an area receive because of any famous place?
Model Answer: As I have already mentioned that iconic places attract a large number of tourists due to which local people get more opportunities to earn money. Even, administration pay more attention towards the betterment of basic infrastructure of the city owing to its popularity among visitors.
4. Is it necessary for young generation to know about history?
Model Answer: It is extremely important to be aware of the happenings of the past to learn from the life of great warriors like Rani Laxmi Bai and Maharana Partap. I also believe that young generation should learn from the negative events such as World Wars and make sure that future must never witness such tragic wars which claim lives of millions of innocent people.
5. What can be the most effective way to encourage children to develop interest in history?
Model Answer: I think that documentaries and movies can play a significant role in developing the curiosity about the history in children. They do not enjoy reading as much as they love watching films and animated programs. So, it would be a good idea to provide them more audio-visual inputs based on the events of past.
