You will be graduating from university and would like to invite your part time job employer to the ceremony. Write a letter of invitation to him. In the letter:

• Let him know how grateful you are for the part time job he gave when needed

Dear Sir,

I am writing to invite you for my graduation ceremony scheduled on 5^th of next month.

I have received the results of my final semester and passed my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with an aggregate 81%. You will be glad to know that I am among top 5 scorer in my college.

The formal convocation event will be held on 5^th June in college in the main hall of Swami Vivekananda business college. The ceremony will commence at 4 pm but you have to be there at 3 pm for entry procedure and group photos. Also, everyone has to be dressed formally. They only gave us a maximum of five tickets per family, so I thought I’d invite you as well along with my parents and two siblings.

Sir, you are like my parents to me. How can I forget the way you have helped me in my study expenses? Although you gave me a weekly account management job in your shop but you always treated me like a son rather treating like an employee. I am deeply grateful to your fatherly support.
